Recommended Items to bring with you:
Food and drinks are available through food trucks onsite, although you can also bring your own outside food if you want
There will be a variety of food trucks to choose from with different food styles at each event. Types of foods at previous festivals include: Mexican, Burgers, Sandwiches, Corn Dogs, Asian Food, Ice Cream, Specialty Items, Shaved Ice, and more
Since the festivals are held in public parks, pets are allowed (as the parks permit). We do ask that you keep your pet under control and away from congested seating areas.
There are a few different ways to enter the drawings for giveaways. The quickest way is to buy something from the merch booth (t-shirts, drinks, water bottles, candy, stickers, etc.). You'll receive an entry form with each purchase. Just fill out the card and drop in the entry box.
IMPORTANT: Prizes are given away throughout the festival. You must be present to win. If your name is drawn and you are not there, another card will be drawn.
Another way to enter is to become a Friend of Fest donor. Click here to make a donation now. NOTE: with a donation of $50 or more, you receive an event t-shirt AND an automatic entry in the giveaway drawings.
Giveaway items vary depending on our sponsors for events. Here is list of items that have been given away at past events (to give you an idea of how great these prizes really are):
Individual donors names will be listed on our website and on scrolling credits that appear on large, on-stage television displays between bands.

Unlike some rock and roll shows, bands at our festivals play music that is suitable for all ages, including younger children. On Saturday mornings (at each event), we feature bands with local kids and young teenager. Audience games and activities are designed to actively include younger kids. And of course, there is always dancing! It is not uncommon to see lots of kids dancing throughout the festival.
ULCF planners seek to make festivals absolutely fantastic fun for fans, volunteers, and musicians. We also seek to make it safe and comfortable for as many attendees as possible, aligning carefully with state guidelines for social distancing, masks, and hygiene. Therefore, we implement strict safety guidelines for volunteers and musicians planning to assist or play at ULCF managed events. Safety protocols are coordinated with local health departments.
The Classic Car Show is FREE for all attendees. In fact, we encourage everyone not only to enjoy the car show, but also fill out the ballot listing your favorite cars as part of the award ceremony.
In short, Utah Live Concerts Foundation is a non-profit group that hosts family-friendly, FREE, community-focused, "live" rock festivals in Payson (June) and Orem (August). ULCF is made up of a team of concert specialists and many volunteers. Festivals are funding through sponsors, grants, donations and hundreds of volunteer hours; all designed to celebrate live music performances, bring communities together, help local charities and provide educational outreach programs.
Yes, Utah Live Concerts Foundation (ULCF) is a Section 501(c)(3) organization. We align with charitable organizations to raise funds that benefit marginalized populations or special needs groups; provide education value for youth; support community initiatives that match their service goals
Each festival spans 2 days (Friday and Saturday). We've actually had rain at some of our shows over the years. The ULCF planners set up the staging area to minimize rain delays. If it rains a bit, there may be a small pause in the performance; but we generally get things back on track when the rain lets up.
In short, if it rains while you are there, please take cover in nearby covered picnic areas. We should be back running the shows shortly.
Utah Live Concerts Foundation is managed by seasoned, local professionals with all the proven resources to plan, collaborate, and execute unique, fun, and cause-related community musical events in Utah. These include Touring-grade Sound Engineering & Equipment, Web Design/Creation, Stage Design & Management, Public Relations, Sales & Sponsorship Procurement, and Graphic Arts. Board members may rotate on and off the board based on need.
Our goal is to keep fan costs to a minimum through sponsorships, grants, private donations and time donated by a large team of volunteers.
No entry tickets request. Attendance is generally FREE.
