Our Sponsorship Program
Our festivals are funded by generous donations from our local business partners and municipalities. These contributions help us fulfill our charter: To celebrate excellence in live music performances, develop civic/community unity, and provide music education experiences for the next generation of music lovers. Your sponsorship will ensure we continually offer FREE admission to the thousands who attend each year. We offer five sponsorship levels for your consideration.

Platinum Benefits
- Your business listed as our partner on posters, radio ads, print & social media advertising, etc. For example “[your business name] and Utah Live Concerts Foundation proudly present…”
- 5 large, sponsor banners appear on stage during all events
- 4, 4-5 minute transitional interviews/presentations by MC between bands, per day, for each event
- Your product or service mentioned in a 30 second, separate end-segment in our 60 second radio commercial (in a series of ads) promoting the concerts on Utah County’s Flashback 96.7 FM Radio, plus 30 second sponsor bonus commercials focused on your products or services. - Your business appears as a Platinum sponsor on our website, social media, billboards, posters, scrolling credits between bands, press releases, and t-shirts.
- Band line ups list you as primary sponsor Sponsor booth at event, plus VIP seating area for entertaining your company guests at concert events
- Attendee, opt-in lists for advertising
- Listed as sponsor of the Classic Car Show (name listed on trophies and signage)
- Use one of our bands to play “live” at a future company event (Marquee Sponsors only, $10K plus)
