About Utah Live Concerts Foundation (ULCF)
Our History
Utah Live Concerts Foundation was organized in 2020 by a group of musicians/friends who had been hosting large-scale, free concert events for many years. We partnered with Orem City and Payson City to produce annual, two-day music festivals that include 20-24 local bands, a classic car show (Orem), arts and craft vendors (Payson), fun games, activities, sponsor giveaways, food trucks, etc.

ULCF Non-profit Charter
Utah Live Concerts Foundation is a designated Section 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our charter is to create, operate and manage concerts for the preservation of live music performances, support local charitable organizations, develop civic/community unity, and provide education about the cultural influences of performing music.
For example, one of our major focus areas is working with local youth-music programs (in Orem and Payson) to provide quality opportunities and experiences performing rock-and-roll music.
Our Partners
Our festivals happen because of generous donations from our local business partners and municipalities, and from our dedicated volunteers who donate their time and talents. Each is essential for us to offer free admission to all!
Many of our sponsors donate fantastic items which we give away during the festivals: vacation packages, electric guitars, free meals, cozy blankets, hats, shirts and much more!
